The economic and social regeneration of the "El Cristo" adn "Ave María" districts, where the Urban Initiative will be developed, it will carry out through the 10 Topic Areas, which go from Environmental measures, promotion of social integration and Equal Opportunitu, development of the economic sector of the Zone, Service infrastructure, improvement of the accessibility and mobility, to the Revovery of Historic Buildigs such as the Interpretation Center of Victorio Macho and the House of the Eremit.

Creating a virtual information to the public through the use of NITCs (Ciberaula) as part of the Training Center Polivalente.

Measure 3.1: Environmental Recobery of the "cerro del Cristo del Otero"

 

Actions:

 

  1. Reforestación racional con especies autóctonas del cerro del Otero.

  2. Acondicionamiento de los paseos de la ladera del Otero.

  3. Acondicionamiento de las zonas de la Ermita y el Mirador.
  4. Diseño de nuevas zonas de ocio en la ladera del cerro.
  5. Adecuación de las áreas de recreo existentes en el punto intermedio de la ladera de subida al Cristo del Otero.
  6. Instalación de alumbrado público no contaminante y solar.
  7. Recuperación Medioambiental de los Antiguos Depósitos situados en la parte izquierda de El Cristo.
